A fairy tale set in the lands of the African savannah, with a special protagonist: Sudan, the last of his species in the whole planet. These are the last days of life of the northern white rhinoceros, a real Kenyan superstar. Or maybe the real protagonists are those protecting him, when the black night falls and teams of armed groups guards him, breathing an unspeakable feeling, the surreal opportunity to witness the greatest miracle and at the same time the saddest tragedy. But as much as it’s filled with sweetness, this documentary is primarily a dramatic glimpse of the extinction phenomenon. An important opportunity to reflect on the fragility of existence.
