Chasing Coral tells of how an advertiser, a coral enthusiast, some expert photographers and famous marine biologists shared their knowledge and joined forces to build the first time lapse camera capable of recording coral bleaching live. Unfortunately, the task is far from simple and the team has to tenaciously deal with technical problems and natural elements in an attempt to document the incontrovertible and dramatic changes that are taking place under the surface of the oceans. With a breathtaking photography, feverish narrative tension and strong emotions, Chasing Coral describes a tragic reality that no one can watch unmoved.
